(RK-on Kitchen) FISH has a low carbhohydrate levels, whereas fat content have a positive effect on the health of the heart and blood vessels. Lots of fish that can be consumed, one of them is mackerel.
This time we will serve is Indonesian Mackerel with Fried Sauce
Ingredients:
- 3 pcs mackerel, clean, coat of salt and lime juice
- 1 pcs galangal (lengkuas), smashed
- 1 Turmeric leaves, torn
- 1 teaspoon palm sugar
- 1 teaspoon tamarind, melted with 100 ml water
- 5 pcs red chili
- 5 pcs red onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon coriander (ketumbar)
- ½ teaspoon shrimp paste
Direction:
- Marinate the fish with lime juice and salt, let stand for 20 minutes. Then fry until cooked, remove and set aside.
- Stir fry ground ingredients until fragrant, enter the galangal, turmeric leaf, salt, sugar, and tamarind water, enter mackerel fried, stir, and cook until the spices to infuse.
