Cah Tofu and Bean Sprout (Cah Tahu Tauge)



(RK-on Kitchen) Chinese food menu is famous for easy cooking process and spices used a minimalist, but the flavor is hhhmm delicious and HALAL. One of them is Cah Tofu Bean Sprouts (Cah Tahu Tauge). 
This is one of favorite foods in my family.
Ingredients:
  1. 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  2. 2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped 
  3. 75 gr Chicken meat, thinly sliced 
  4. 50 ml Fresh-Water. 
  5. 300 gr Silken tofu, cut crosswise 
  6. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  7. 1 tablespoon Soy sauce 
  8. ½ teaspoon salt
  9. ¼ teaspoon pepper powder
  10. 75 gr Bean sprouts (tauge), remove the roots 
  11. 75 gr Green cabbage, cut into 2 cm 
  12. 2 tablespoons sesame oil
Direction:
  1.  Heat oil and saute garlic until fragrant. Enter the chicken meat, stir until it changes color.
  2.  Pour water and cook until the sauce is shrinking.
  3.  Add the tofu, stirring to know a bit shattered.
  4.  Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper and stir well.
  5.  Enter the bean sprouts and mustard greens, stir until wilted. Last put sesame oil, stir briefly. Remove and serve. YUMMIE its done
